Kansas Supreme Court rules in Limon case

"Moral disapproval of a group cannot be a legitimate state interest."

A solid ruling which basically says "you can't make one set of laws for gay people and another set for straight people."

Of course, Kansas' marriage laws would conflict with this ruling, but they are outside of the court's ability to affect, since a constitutional amendment in Kansas prohibits equal marriage rights for gay and straight people.
