Four franchises I wish we had in Lawrence

I'm not big for franchise food, but there are some exceptions:

Cosi - Really good fast lunch sandwiches. Kinda like a goumet version of Subway, except unlike Subway, they taste good and are halfway interesting.

Chevy's - Excellent 'generic' Mexican food. The salsa is to die for, probably due to the huge amount of cilantro in it.

Caribou - Significantly better coffee then the much more common Starbucks.

Peet's - Ditto.
